These Terms and Conditions were last revised on July 30th, 2020. Any new provisions will take effect on August 10th, 2020.

If your order is found to be fraud or it is suspected that an illegal or unauthorized transition has transpired, JSY reserves the right to refuse or terminate your order.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
JSY continually updates, improves or otherwise elevates the quality of service and product offerings on the Service. Please be aware that JSY may experience delays from time to time while updating information on the Service and in any advertising displayed on other web sites. Therefore the information found on the Service may display errors or inaccuracies and furthermore may not be complete nor current in the following or additional ways not named below:

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
